2005: The time comes for BE to take another major step forward – it begins providing services in English.

Five regional English editions of the newspaper are published in Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa, Calgary, and Edmonton, and a French edition, 24 Heures, is published in Montreal.
For BE interactive, a company created specifically for the Internet, this will be the first foray into the world of print media. This new relationship demonstrates the quality of BE interactive content as well as its versatility for use on different platforms.
The 24 Hours newspaper editions are owned by communications giant Sun Media Corporation, a subsidiary of Canada’s largest newspaper publisher Quebecor Media. Sun Media newspapers are read by more than 10.5 million readers each week.
